ROCKY MOUNTAIN OFFENDER MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
(RMOMS) is a for-profit agency, in existence for six years.
Rocky
Mountain
Offender Management Systems, LLC serves the geographical
jurisdiction of the 1st, 6th, 8th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th
and 22nd Judicial Districts of Colorado. Rocky Mountain Offender
Management
Systems' mission is to see every case through to successful
completion. We will achieve this mission by removing traditional
obstacles to offender success, while holding the offender
accountable for their unique responsibilities. We believe
that when offenders are welcomed into a pro-social environment,
and victim/community participation is valued, an environment
conducive to successful completion is created.

RMOMS has seventeen offices operating in the Denver Metro
Area (including Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Golden,
Westminster, Brighton, Boulder, Longmont, Aurora, Castle
Rock, Centennial, Englewood, Colorado Springs, Grand Junction,
Pagosa Springs, Durango, and Cortez). For hours of Boulder

Education
RMOMS employs a victim services coordinator whose responsibility
is to provide victim resources. Call 303.358.2183 to contact
the victim services coordinator. RMOMS provides public
speakers and educational materials on topics related to
domestic violence.
Direct Services
RMOMS offers services to adults, 18 years of age or older.
This includes probation/deferred sentence supervision,
drug/alcohol monitoring, electronic surveillance through
GPS (Global Positioning System) and traditional EHM (Electronic
Home Monitoring -ankle bracelet) as well as in-home alcohol
monitoring through the use of the SCRAM bracelet. Services
are not gender specific.
